We use set up extranet sites for our clients using Drupal so they can get the latest HR information and can upload their own content (e.g. policies, forms and news). We also host OrangeHRM for our clients and use the Drupal extranet as a gateway to link them to this and other web hosted applications. Our demo site is here. We're working on a new theme as the current look is just way too boring!
