A couple of weeks back we launched the new NBR online at www.nbr.co.nz. The whole site came together pretty quickly over a 6 week period of core development from deisgns the client had already settled on.
We were able to polish up the presentation a bit from their wireframes, and deploy a pretty tidy publishing system that lets them manage the content pretty closely for each section using node_queue and categories.
Email newsletters get pushed out daily and weekly, and there is a blog-style 'Comment' section with, er, comments that are moderated by the site editors.
Work to come includes parsing the NZPA XML feed picked up via FTP into nodes automatically. We're already pulling a findata.co.nz feed into the markets section to create blocks of figures whch update every 5 minutes or so and also feed the Flash widget top right with up-to-date data.
The site should also be fast to get around, and doing nicely on SEO.
Happy to hear feedback good or bad.

I cannot highlight enough this point: “Hold your judgment until you’ve spent five minutes with it”. No YouTube film, no promotional video, no keynote address, no list of features can even hint at the surprising feeling you get from actually using and interacting with one of these thrilling objects. You know how everyone who has ever done Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? always says, “It’s not the same when you’re actually here. So different from when you’re sitting at home watching.”? You know how often you’ve heard that? Well, you’ll hear the same from anyone who’s handled an iPad. The moment you know-how it in your hands you know this is class.

Doc and Iron Brothers
What are your thoughts on using Prilephin's table in regards to the 80 day cycle 117-101,The Squat and bench are going well But the 80% and above in the deadlift for 4x5-5x5 are a bit much for this older lifter.
I could hit the optimal total in the table[15]for 5x3 or even 4x4.
